Light & fluffy in texture, low in sugar and highly versatile, Connaisseur’s Regular Waffle Mix can be used for breakfast, dessert or savory waffles.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat lightly greased waffle iron.
  2. Place 1 cup mix & ½ cup cold water into a bowl. Whisk waffle mix to a smooth batter.  Let stand 15 minutes.
  3. Pour about 2/3 cup batter into waffle iron.
  4. Cook waffles until steam stops or golden brown (approx. 3 minutes) depending on temperature of waffle iron.

Yield: 3 – ½ waffles using 7 inch round waffle iron.

Our 2 kg (4.4 lb) bag yields: 50 – ½ waffles using 7 inch round waffle iron.

Our 1 kg (2.2 lb) bag yields: 25 – ½ waffles using 7 inch round waffle iron.
