Tangy, spicy chicken tenders sandwiched between golden crisp waffles - finished with a delightful caprese topper! Whip up a batch for the big game and watch how quickly they disappear.

Ingredients Waffle:
- 300 Gr. divided Connaisseur Multigrain Waffle Mix
- 200 ml. Water
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Frank’s RedHot Seasoning
Ingredients toppings and garnishes:
- ½ Cup (125 ml) Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) divided Frank’s RedHot Seasoning
- 4 pieces Chicken tender
- 4 pieces each Cherry tomatoes – Mini bocconcini cheese – Wooden skewers
- 1 Cup (250 ml) Micro greens
- ¼ Cup (60 ml) Franks RedHot Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
Directions for the waffle mix and chicken tenders:
- Combine water, 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Frank’s RedHot Seasoning and 200Gr Connaisseur Multigrain Waffle Mix
- Mix and rest batter for 15 minutes.
- Marinade chicken tenders with buttermilk and 1 Tbsp (15 ml) of Frank’s RedHot Seasoning.
- For the dusting combine remaining Connaisseur Multigrain Waffle Mix and Frank’s RedHot Seasoning
- Set fryer at 350F, remove tender from marinade, dust each tender and fry until golden and fully cooked.
- Cook waffle on “Multigrain / Chocolate Waffle setting “. Cut waffle into to 4 pieces.
Directions for the toppings and garnishes:
- On a ¼ waffle place 2 Tbsp (30 ml) of Micro greens, add 1 chicken tender.
- Drizzle each waffle with 1 Tbsp (5 ml) of Franks RedHot Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
- Top with second ¼ Waffle and garnish each ¼ waffle with skewer of tomato and bocconcini cheese.
